12/19/22: Keep Henrico Beautiful - cleaned the elementary school

 Micah cleans Greenwood Elementary school at the end of the year to get ready for the new year and the kids back to school from the holiday break.  He has been doing this since he was 3 years old.

10/23/22 - Sunday Mission for Mount Vernon Youth

 Micah and the youth from Mount Vernon built a picnic table for the Richmond City schools. 

10/22/22 - Mount Vernon Church Fall Festival

 Then, Micah headed over to Mount Vernon to set up for their Fall Festival. Then, he volunteered at the GaGa Ball station for the kids.

10/22/22 - Setting up for the Jacob's Chance Fall Festival

 Micah had a full weekend of volunteering. Early Saturday, he helped set up for the Jacob's Chance Fall Festival.  

8/26/22 Keep Henrico Beautiful - Cleaned School before the start of the year

 This is something Micah always does before the start of the school year.  He wants his elementary school to look nice for the kids, teachers & administrators.  

Jacob's Chance Sports Camp 8/8 - 8/12/22

 They asked Micah to be a Lead Counselor for the Jacob's Chance sports camp. He loves playing sports with the athletes. 

7/25 - 7/29/22 - Mount Vernon Vacation Bible School Helper

 This is Micah's 2nd year helping with Vacation Bible School at Mount Vernon.  He is doing out door

activities with the kids. 

7/23/22 Anthem LemonAid - Supporting The Children's Hospital - Childhood Cancer

 Micah & Gavin had a great day at the Glen Allen Market with their Anthem LemonAid stand to support The Children's Hospital - Children with Cancer. They raised $790!!! What a day!  

5/31/22 Keep Henrico Beautiful - Greenwood Elementary

Micah cleaned Greenwood Elementary for Keep Henrico Beautiful yesterday.  Since the end of school and field day is coming up, he wanted to make sure there wasn't a bunch of trash around.  

4/30/22 - Course Marshall at the ASK 5k

 We were so glad to be back to volunteering at a big event.  Micah was a Course Marshall at the ASK (Association for Children with Cancer) 5k race.  This race and non profit means a lot to Micah & our family. 

4/18/22 - Helped Mulch and Weed Greenwood Garden

 Micah was off school today for the Easter holiday. Before the rain started, he helped weed and mulch the gardens at Greenwood Elementary School.  (no picture)

3/31/22 Random Acts of Kindness Day in Memory of the Nicolette's

 Tomorrow is Random Acts of Kindness Day in Memory of AJ & Holly Nicolette. We bought a dinner for someone from

the Glen Allen Market.  

3/19/22 - Delivered Stew to Fix Ministry

We bought stew from the Glen Allen Ruritans.  We delivered it plus a large bag of plastic utensils so they could feed the homeless.

3/19/22 Jacob's Chance - Kick Ball

 Micah enjoyed a game of kickball with his friends at Jacob's Chance. It was a nice day to be outdoors kicking the ball around. He loves being a Buddy.

3/12/22 Jacob's Chance Bowling Buddy

 SNOW can't keep Micah away. He loves supporting his friends bowling. This was the last week for the season.  

3/5/22 - Buddy for Bowling with Jacob's Chance

 Micah's buddy bowled the highest score and won their game. He had such a fun time and looking forward to next week.

2/26/22 - Keep Henrico Beautiful at Greenwood Elementary

 Micah cleaned his Elementary School to get ready for Spring.  We filled an extra bag of trash from all the wind we have had so far this year.  He hopes the Greenwood Family enjoys the clean grounds Monday Morning. 

2/26/22 - Bowling Buddy for Jacob's Chance

 Micah enjoyed a day of watching his buddy's bowl - lots of strikes and spares.  Fun Times!

2/5/22 Basketball Buddy for Jacob's Chance

 This was the last basketball game for the athletics for this season. Micah enjoyed hanging with them and seeing who won the end of season awards.  

1/22/22 Buddy for Jacob's Chance - Basketball

 Micah is so glad it didn't snow - too much - so schools could open and they could play basketball.  Micah is off to another fun day of being a buddy at Jacob's Chance.

Micah is glad he is able to get out and play some basketball with is friends at Jacob's Chance. He is has been volunteering for years and glad he still can.
